- GUAVA JUICE:INGREDIENTS: 120 g Guava fruit, 5 tablespoons sugar syrup (50-50 sugar and water solution), 236 ml water (boil)
METHODS; Peel the guava , take only the outer flesh minus the seeds in the middle. Mix the guava ,syrup and water and blend in a food processor . Pour over crushed ice.
- CASHEW JUICE: INGREDIENTS: 10 Cashew fruits , 4 cup of water , i lime , piece of sugar , passion flavoured syrup
METHOD: Add cashew fruits, ginger and water in a blender and blend until smooth . Strain into a jug and add lime juice.Sweeten with passion flavored syrup or sugar .Chill and serve
