Panic The Entire World Set To Observe One Minute silent

The United Kingdom, UK, will observe a minute’s silence on Thursday, 25th May, 2017, and flags will remain at half-mast on Whitehall government buildings. A minute’s silence will be held at 11am on Thursday 25th May, in remembrance of those who lost their lives, and all others that were affected by the attack in Manchester, on Monday. The silence will be marked at all government buildings, and other organisations may follow suit. Flags on government buildings will remain at half-mast, until the evening of Thursday 25th May.
Meanwhile, a fifth suspect, believed to be carrying a package, has been arrested in Wigan, on Wednesday, as Detectives probed a “network” linked to the Manchester suicide bomber.
